At Mirbeau, we refer to our employees and our guests as our Mirbeau Family. From our family to yours, we want to give you an update on how we are doing, provide you with a bit of encouragement, and let you know that we will be here for you and your family once the virus has been beaten.
When we recognized the devastating potential of the virus, the Mirbeau Companies committed that we would do whatever it took to protect and care for everyone in our Family. On March 17th, we closed operations at all the Mirbeau properties as our way to help stop the spread of the virus. However, we also pledged to all Mirbeau employees and that we would continue to take care of their payroll and health benefits throughout this shutdown in the same manner as if they were working. We stand by this commitment. As Owners, Managers and Employees, we are all committed to stand together and take care of each other, regardless of the circumstances.
Our Mirbeau guests can expect to see the same smiling faces when they enter our doors again. Our Mirbeau Family is working hard during this time with training programs and facility improvement projects on all our properties. Our managers have been coming to work, doing projects and keeping up with emails, paperwork, and calls. We have been on duty making sure that Mirbeau is safe, clean, and in working order during this temporary shutdown.
We would like to thank our banking and business partners for their tireless work and dedication in helping us during this time. Seeing everyone come together for one purpose during this difficult time has been a beautiful experience and an example of the indominable American Spirit.
We will all get through this, and we will get through it together.
