Update from our Mirbeau Family

At Mirbeau, we refer to our employees and our guests as our Mirbeau Family. From our family to yours, we want to give you an update on how we are doing, provide you with a bit of encouragement, and let you know that we will be here for you and your family once the virus has been beaten.

When we recognized the devastating potential of the virus, the Mirbeau Companies committed that we would do whatever it took to protect and care for everyone in our Family. On March 17th, we closed operations at all the Mirbeau properties as our way to help stop the spread of the virus. However, we also pledged to all Mirbeau employees and that we would continue to take care of their payroll and health benefits throughout this shutdown in the same manner as if they were working. We stand by this commitment. As Owners, Managers and Employees, we are all committed to stand together and take care of each other, regardless of the circumstances.

Our Mirbeau guests can expect to see the same smiling faces when they enter our doors again. Our Mirbeau Family is working hard during this time with training programs and facility improvement projects on all our properties. Our managers have been coming to work, doing projects and keeping up with emails, paperwork, and calls. We have been on duty making sure that Mirbeau is safe, clean, and in working order during this temporary shutdown.

We would like to thank our banking and business partners for their tireless work and dedication in helping us during this time. Seeing everyone come together for one purpose during this difficult time has been a beautiful experience and an example of the indominable American Spirit.

We will all get through this, and we will get through it together.

Our Valued Mirbeau Guests,
Like the rest of the world, we at Mirbeau have been keenly monitoring the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This is an unprecedented time in history that leaves us all with great uncertainty. One thing that is certain, however; is that we at Mirbeau will continue to strive at all times to do the right thing. The health, safety, and security of our guests and employees have always been, and will continue to be, our highest priority. Each of us must act with courage and swiftness to do our part in this fight. This means taking unprecedented action to ensure we meet this priority, even if it is detrimental to our business goals.

Our Mirbeau reservations office is temporarily closed. You can click the "Get Help/ Live Chat" button in the bottom right corner of the website to speak to a reservations agent or leave a message and a member of the team will get back to you. You can also email [email protected] with questions or inquiries.

In accordance with CDC guidelines to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we have decided to take the following measures beginning Tuesday, March 17, until further notice:
  • Our Spa Mirbeau facilities will be temporarily closed until further notice
  • All Spa Mirbeau Wellness Memberships will be extended for one month
  • All $50 Gift Card Vouchers will be extended extended 1 month from the time we re-open. 

  • Our Mirbeau Inns will be temporarily closed until further notice

  • Our Mirbeau bistros and restaurants will be temporarily closed until further notice

All Spa appointments, Hotel reservations and dining reservations are canceled through April 30th at our Skaneateles, Rhinebeck and Albany locations and through May 5th at our Plymouth location.

While we are saddened that we cannot continue to provide all of our services, we acknowledge the way we can most care for our beloved guests at this time is by not providing those services. We do not presently have a definitive timeframe on when we will resume all operations back to normal, but rest assured, we will.    

This will pass, and we will get through it together. We greatly look forward to continuing providing - Life. Classically Balanced. - as soon as safely possible. We will be staying in close communication and will send updates on our status as they become available.
