Resort Facts

Mirbeau, loosely translated as “reflected beauty,” is inspired in part by the soft light, warm colors and introspective character found in the paintings of renowned French Impressionist Claude Monet. Family-owned Mirbeau Inn & Spa Plymouth was designed to evoke the warmth, elegance and comfort of a private estate in the countryside near Paris but located in The Pinehills community in Plymouth, MA.

The Manor House, Guest House, Family Chapel (now repurposed as the Henri-Marie event venue), and surrounding gardens call to mind an old-world style blend of casual elegance, unique and interesting architecture and classic pleasures. The buildings are placed gracefully around the beautiful gardens and ponds inspired by Monet’s own gardens in Giverny, near Paris.

Located on a beautiful, wooded parcel at the eastern end of the Village Green, overlooking the 18th fairway of the popular Rees Jones golf course. This striking combination of a romantic French estate and the natural beauty of The Pinehills Community (located in Plymouth, MA) create the perfect venue for gatherings and getaways.

The historic destination of Plymouth, Massachusetts provides an abundance of nearby attractions and activities in all seasons for guests of all ages, including: fishing, boating, sightseeing in historic Plymouth and the Plimoth Plantation, museums, monuments, whale watching, horseback riding, dinner boat cruises and more.

Mirbeau Inn & Spa Plymouth is located just off of Exit 3 on Route 3 in The Pinehills community in Plymouth, MA about 50 minutes south of downtown Boston and 40 minutes east of Providence. COVID-19 | Mirbeau Inn & Spa Statement

Mirbeau Inn & Spa is committed to preventing the spread of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) as well as other communicable diseases. The safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees is our primary concern.

In addition to continually upholding Mirbeau’s high standards of cleanliness, maintenance and sanitation at our properties, we’ve implemented temporary enhanced cleaning procedures and protocols:

  • Access to hand sanitizers in all public areas of all Mirbeau facilities, locker rooms, and restrooms.
  • All contact surfaces in public areas, in locker rooms, and in restrooms are sanitized regularly every day.
  • All contact surfaces in hotel rooms are sanitized prior to the next guest’s visit.
  • Mirbeau employees are receiving education on personal hygiene and general protocols for reducing the risk of infection.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will reassess our response as needed.

Spa treatment cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to appointment.

Changes and cancellations to Hotel reservations must be made 7 days prior to arrival date.

Like the rest of the world, we at Mirbeau have been keenly monitoring the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This is an unprecedented time in history that leaves us all with great uncertainty. One thing that is certain, however; is that we at Mirbeau will continue to strive at all times to do the right thing. The health, safety, and security of our guests and employees have always been, and will continue to be, our highest priority. Each of us must act with courage and swiftness to do our part in this fight. This means taking unprecedented action to ensure we meet this priority, even if it is detrimental to our business goals.

Our Mirbeau reservations office is temporarily closed. You can click the "Get Help/ Live Chat" button in the bottom right corner of the website to speak to a reservations agent or leave a message and a member of the team will get back to you. You can also email [email protected] with questions or inquiries.

In accordance with CDC guidelines to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we have decided to take the following measures beginning Tuesday, March 17, until further notice:
 
SPAS
  • Our Spa Mirbeau facilities will be temporarily closed until further notice
  • All Spa Mirbeau Wellness Memberships will be extended for one month
  • All $50 Gift Card Vouchers will be extended extended 1 month from the time we re-open. 

HOTELS
  • Our Mirbeau Inns will be temporarily closed until further notice

RESTAURANTS
  • Our Mirbeau bistros and restaurants will be temporarily closed until further notice


All Spa appointments, Hotel reservations and dining reservations are canceled through April 30th at our Skaneateles, Rhinebeck and Albany locations and through May 5th at our Plymouth location.


While we are saddened that we cannot continue to provide all of our services, we acknowledge the way we can most care for our beloved guests at this time is by not providing those services. We do not presently have a definitive timeframe on when we will resume all operations back to normal, but rest assured, we will.    

This will pass, and we will get through it together. We greatly look forward to continuing providing - Life. Classically Balanced. - as soon as safely possible. We will be staying in close communication and will send updates on our status as they become available.
